This commercial project involved renovating a property in Edinburgh City Centre to provide the client with a versatile property to suit the multitude of letting options such as Short / Long / Holiday Let / AIr BnB Market. The project involved removing the existing gas heating and rewiring the flat to install electric heating, smoke detectors and integrated appliances. The ceilings were stripped, re-plastered and painted, as were the walls and laminate flooring and carpets laid. The whole flat now has a modern, clean and welcoming feel.
